Recently I started working on an expansive dashboard project and was looking for a flexible way to manage the project. At work, we are using Trello to manage our Agile process and I thought that I would try and marry the two. I believe I’m on to something, so I thought I would share and get some feedback.
First I started with the Labels.
Within Trello you can customize labels for your specific purpose. I started with task status, to allow me to track where what pieces were at a glance.
I then created a set for each section of the workbook, so I could logically group elements within the specific dashboards.
Next, I created my base lists.
